3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payments

Resumee offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees for the initial subscription period and each renewal period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription.

6. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload, store, and share content, including resumes, portfolios, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload or share any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems
  • Use our Services to distribute malware or other harmful code
